PS. how's the shred going?
Don't ask!! I slacked severely over the holidays, tried to do it yesterday and basically just laid on the floor and watched the dvd. Two weeks and counting until the cruise though, yay!!
i am trying to be consistent but UGH it's hard!!! Going to shoot for tonight!
