Not the kind of babies I like....

Look what decided to surprise me as I was playing on the computer tonight after getting home from work....

If anyone even remotely knows me, they know that I have this irrational fear of spiders.

And, to make matter worse, I had to get up, get the bug spray and spray this sucker, who JUST WOULDN'T DIE!!

And apparantly, she was female, and decided to leave behind a few little presents....yes, those brown spots are baby spiders! Oh how wonderful.

So now it's almost 3AM and I absolutely can not sleep. Every time I close my eyes I feel things crawling on me. Geez.

To show how phobic I am of these creatures, I almost started hyperventilating while trying to research what kind of spider it was. Something about seeing all the pictures on the computer screen.

Anyway, either it was a pregnant spider and the bug spray disentegrated the eggs and they hatched, or it was a Wolf spider and she was carrying the babies on her back. Either way, they are NOT welcome back at this house. My sanity is at stake.

most likely wolf spider with babies on her back. this happened to my sister once when we lived in Springhill. A "huge" spider crawled out from behind the TV and she hit it with something or sprayed it, but it "exploded" into millions of little spiders...

yep! i hate spiders too. small ones that i know i can squish before they get to me are fine, but if they're big, and fast, i always have a fear that it's going to jump on me.
