this took a while

I’ve been contemplating doing one of these for quite a while, but haven’t ever taken the time to sit down and come up with several qualities or quirks about me. Here goes nothing!

1. I am a child of God.
2. I grew up in church, but am horrible at remembering Bible stories or people in the Bible. I'm hoping to correct this soon.
3. I hate when my glasses get wet. If you're not wearing the right piece of clothing to clean them, it will just smear it all over the place.
4. I've never been in a serious relationship. This scares me a little.
5. I'm terrified of not being a wife and a mother.
6. I clean when I'm upset. My bedroom is normally a wreck, but if you come over and it's spotless either something's wrong or I knew company was coming.
7. I do my best thinking when I'm driving. I come up with all these grand plans for my life.
8. My parents don't know the *real* me. I don't know if it's because I don't let them or they don't want to.
9. I'm so desperately ready to move out of their house that it hurts.
10. I would do absolutely anything for my friends' children. Anything.
11. I've never had very good self-esteem. I still see a 12 year old when I look in the mirror
12. I miss my grandmother.
13. I worry about things that are beyond my control. Like what others think about me. I shouldn't, but I do.
    
14. I don't know how to cook. I can make a mean pot of mac and cheese, but that's about it. I can follow recipes, but that's only because I know how to read and can follow directions. I couldn't be a chef, I don't have that magical touch.
15. I stay up way too late at night.
16. It bothers me that most of these are complaints.
17. It makes me feel good when others know my stance on abstinence, whether they agree with it or not.
18. Nobody at work understands my policy on not dating co-workers. It will be their loss when they have more drama than they can handle because of a bad breakup.
19. I always get the munchies at night.
20. I eat out of boredom. See above.
21. I pray for my future husband.
22. I wonder if I've already met him.
23. I have curves. I'm trying to learn to love them
24. I love peanut butter.
