I totally don't blame you for the giddy laughter! I would be freaking out! :-) How amazing!
When I was in 3rd grade, there was a Humpback Whale stuck in San Francisco's bay. When Humphrey (yep. That was his name) was set free, our teacher helped us throw a party. We had goldfish crackers and lemonade, and listened to a whale sounds record.
She inspired me to be a teacher.
How neat!! Sounds like (from the giddy laughter) you are having fun! That's what a vacation is all about!!
